Again with this old tripe. Yes if you are not planning your spending the separation of the joy (purchase) and the pain (payment) can result in poor understanding of the relationship by people. BUT what these studies continuously miss is that for many people that pay off the credit cards every month the spending is PLANNED. (I was going to spend $100 on groceries NO MATER how I paid at the store.) FOr these people the rewards of using credit DO outway the cons. Stop trying to perpetuate a one size fits all solution on the public.
