I think #4 scares me the most, because it can (and does) happen to anyone. We can genuinly forget to return something, or not get a doctor's bill in the mail, or lose a bill between a couple of papers at home.
Sometimes it's our fault, but a lot of the time it's just a simple misunderstanding that could be fixed with a phone call. I just hope that someone calls me first before they take me to collections for having missed a bill somewhere!
#9 is interesting and a good point to keep in the back of your mind. In Florida, I think our home is also protected from creditors and lawsuits.
